…Jeff served for seven years as Executive Director of Horizon Prison Initiative, a Faith and Character Reformation program that operated in four Ohio prisons. He was a Restorative Justice Coordinator for the United Methodist Church and Kairos Prison Ministry District Chairman. He has consulted and trained throughout the United States and in Brazil, South Africa, Northern Ireland, Moldova, Ukraine, and the Bahamas.
…Willie taught at the Ohio State Reformatory, now widely known as Shawshank Prison. He has worked extensively with juveniles and the homeless in various capacities. Willie is a skilled copywriter who has taught numerous marketing seminars. He has authored seven book and mentors young writers. He is a co-founder of Right Time LLC, a criminal justice consulting firm that has developed an innovative process to measure criminal offender rehabilitation.
Our collaboration spans twelve years. Together we have developed The Kronos Project. The Kronos Initiative LLC is our parent company. The Kronos Initiative mission is to help people work and play well with others.
