The parent company and the host prison each have essential functions, strengths, and weaknesses when addressing inmate rehabilitation. The initial role of the Kronos Architectural Team is to integrate all of these components into a viable pilot blueprint that achieves The Kronos Project’s desired outcomes.
The Architectural Team will help the parent company and host prison to be more productive, reduce mistakes, and shorten the learning curve in the Kronos pilot program. This will be done in stages, so as to maximize the potential of both organizations while minimizing their risk.
Some might call the Kronos Architectural Team misfits, mavericks, and renegades. Pioneers, trailblazers and leaders with decades of prison smarts would be a more accurate description.
